Medical imaging is one of the evaluations of the enhancement in health industry where it gives many advantages to detect the disease earlier. As a particular example in medical applications, traditional diagnosis is being replaced by e-diagnosis. Telemedicine is a collaborative paradigm of medical information systems and information technology, which involves the use of computers to receive, store and distribute medical information over long distances. We proposed the scheme in which LSB technique is used to detect tampered area of medical image without using original image and recover it using reversible watermarking. In proposed work EPR also embedded in RONI part of medical image because medical images require extreme care when embedding additional data within them because the additional information must not affect the image quality which leads to wrong diagnosis. We used 800x600x8 bits ultrasound grayscale images in our experiment. ROI part of original image can be exactly extracted from watermarked one in case of no tampering. The tamper detection rate is up to 90%, but as we increase tampered area percentage, recovery rate decrease.
