The optic disk (OD) can be used for the diagnosis of fundus disorders. The main goal of the system is to segment the optic disk. In this, the first technique is C-V (Chan-Vese) Method, using which OD is segmented. The second technique used for the segmentation of OD is based on Active contours using region-based information. Comparing the results of the C-V Method and the Active contour Method the analysis has made.
