Framework for Student Personality Assessment

Due to the importance of strength of character, many have been constantly searching for the factor that predicts students' behaviors and their relationship to successful career. Software framework is developed to assess the student personality factors and identify the potential factors for their improvement. Analysis reveals that the most of the students are need improvements on Emotional Stability, Abstractedness, Reasoning, Liveliness and Rule consciousness. Further analysis reveals that Rule consciousness plays major role in controlling and improving the other personality factors.
