In this paper, we study the problem faced by working mother using Combined Overlap Block Fuzzy model introduced by Dr. W. B. Vasantha Kandasamy. [5],[6],This tool becomes handy when the number of attributes can be grouped and are large in numbers. The number of working mothers is very high today and it is on therise every year. The rise in the cost of living is a major factor compelling mothers to go out and work. Majority of the mothers want to have good things in life and want to give the best to their children. Most women also prefer working in order to fulfill these ambitions. The rise in the number of single mothers is another major factor to consider. Increase in rates of divorce is also forcing mothers to come out of their homes to work for their children, many of whom have been born out of wedlock. A highly unstable job market is also a compelling factor for working mothers. They hold on to their jobs in order to maintain a secure employment situation for their spouse. The outcome of this sense of responsibility and ability to exercise their own skills forces to turn into working mother. We have used expert’s opinion for the fuzzy model. This paper has five sections. First section gives the information about development of Fuzzy Cognitive Maps. Second section gives preliminaries of Fuzzy Cognitive Maps and Combined Overlap Block Fuzzy Cognitive Maps. In section three, we explain method of determining the hidden pattern. In the fourth section, we give the concepts of problem. Final section gives the conclusion based on our study.
