In cloud computing there are many jobs require to be execute by the available resources for achieving better performance. As cloud can be accessed through commodity hardware on demand of users requirements. So it must provide high performance to gain maximum utilization of resources to the user and at the same time its beneficial for the Cloud Service Provider (CSP). For achieve this goal many problems are to be faced. Load balancing is one of them which helps the CSP to meet the high QoS requirements of the users and at the same time increase the profit by most appropriate use of the resources. There are various scheduling algorithm used by backend server, which determines the load and try to minimize it. The selected server allocates resources and it schedules the job dynamically on virtual machine (VM), which located on the physical machine. In this paper, we discussed real world challenges of scheduling algorithm to resolve the issue of load balancing and task scheduling in cloud computing. We have declared some of their limitations for further development.
