Acknowledged Routing Using Cluster Based Approach in Wireless Sensor Network
Subscribe/Renew Journal
Monitoring large scale dense wireless sensor networks (WSNs) sensed information will be increasingly implemented in variety of application domains. While executing an event it is to be expected that redundant data will be detected by neighbor or nearest node since the density of nodes is very high in these networks. To reduce energy in WSNs, aggregation and fusion of data should be exploited. In this work, redundant data can be aggregated at coordinator nodes reducing the size and number of communication messages exchanged which decreases communication costs and energy consumption. In our approach, we propose a new acknowledged data routing for in-Network aggregation using cluster based approach that considers some aspects such as a minimum number of messages for building a new routing tree, maximized number of overlapped routes, high aggregation capacity, and consistent data aggregation and transmission. The proposed Acknowledged routing will be compared to other available solutions like DRINA algorithms.
