Real Time Liquid Level Control System Using PLC and SCADA

A PLC is a digital computer used to automate electromechanical processes. This research is based on automation of a liquid tank by using AB PLC. Automatic control of liquid tank scan work continuously and can provide accurate quantity of liquid in less time. In such process there is no need of labor so there is no human error. SCADA or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, as the name indicates, it is not a full control system, but rather focuses on the supervisory level. As such, it is a purely software package that is positioned on top of hardware to which it is interfaced, in general via Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), or other commercial hardware modules.
