Effective Implementation on Human Resource Information System in Private Engineering Institutes

Reducing the cost of papers that traditional office system requires, minimizing the errors in system, to prevent data loss. Traditional office administration work is headache for office employee. HRIS will provide user friendly working environment, the system can also be used in LAN that multiple desks operate on same data. Traditional system is not secure as any other than office employee can access the secure information. HRIS will provide security that the system user must go through the proper authentication process.
