In 2014, 1.7% growth, with garments, construction, and services, are pushing for growth, but it will slow down the economic growth as the garment sector faces strong competition in the markets, weakness of the agricultural sector and the growth of tourism. In order for research on the topic to have appropriate data that can be a basis for analysis, we have collected a set of standards, activities and standards to study and set up a quiz according to specific skills to understand the need to gather information just to visit the household to interview and retrieve actual responses to each family. - Develop a strategy to strengthen basic skills for youth at the general knowledge level to facilitate access to the industrial market
- Short-term strategies should be developed for youths at all levels of general and professional knowledge to facilitate the increase of skilled workers.
- A strategy to provide soft skills to youth at all levels of general knowledge with international industry cooperation in Cambodia
- It is advisable to develop a strategy for youth in preventing migration by easily accessing the labor market in the field of industry services in collaboration with the private sector.
- It is important to create a synergy between vocational training and general knowledge to provide young people with new skills and skills development.
