Turnkey projects tend to have short project execution times, rapid return on investment, and minimal delays, but there are a number of aspects that must be considered when implementing them for optimal success. C-DAC has been involved in implementation of a turnkey solution for computerization of Hospitals and e-Governance by AHIMS and other solutions.
As software development becomes more complex, most software development life cycle methodologies cannot efficiently adapt to customer requirements that are changing dynamically or dependent upon delaying policy decisions. So, Agile methodology was developed to respond to changes quickly and smoothly. Agile methodology is a collection of values, principles, and practices that incorporates iterative development, test, and feedback into a new style of development considering the very tight schedule and implementation constraints. This paper presents implementation of agile testing methodologies in currently going Turnkey solutions for AHIMS and e-Governance projects.
