In this paper, we present an complex Visible Light Communication (VLC) system that is capable of  transmitting text data and file between two computers using Light Emitting Diode  (LED), the light speed  that   human  eye  cannot  recognize  its  flashing and blinking. Using photosensitive detector, the data is received and transmitted. It is demonstrated as bidirectional VLC system where both the systems can act as transceiver. Using C++ application the files can be transmitted   among   two   computers   in every   LED   and photodiode. The appearance of white LED, IR LED and red LED is transmitted  is observed and analyzed  with lowest bit error rate which is found in white LED  while  distance  is  1cm  and  the  speed rate  increases  with  the distance. It is found that it has better performance in white LED than the red LED and IR LED. As a result, we implemented our VLC based text and file with white LED.
