Organizational Stress in Relation to Job Satisfaction and General Health among Professional Working Women

The present study examined relation in organizational stress, job satisfaction and general health among professional working women. The sample was comprised of 400 women police personnel. Organizational stress scale by Sheilendra Singh, Job satisfaction scale by Rathore and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) were used respectively to study the variable in the study. Pearson's correlation method was use. The results indicated that there was significant relation in organizational stress, job satisfaction and general health of women police personnel.
