To Study the Relation between Teacher Effectiveness and Role Conflict among School Teachers

The present study examined the relation in teacher effectiveness and role conflict among school teachers. The sample was comprised of 200 teachers in the Age range of 25-50 years. The sample was collected from the Hisar, Rohtak and Siwani of State Haryana. The Pearson Product Moment Correlation Method was used to analyze the results. The findings indicated significant relation in different forms of teacher effectiveness and role conflict, and discussed with previous findings, scope and importance of the study.
