The labour laws enacted in India is categorized as per the labour force working in Indian commercial Institutions. The less protection provided for revolutionary thoughts in their minds. On the other side, high protection provided to them can generate the situation of labour rigidness that results in less fruitful labourers and ultimately affects the nation's economy. A thorough analysis of the labour laws is required from time to time in order to understand the problems faced by the workers and for this, regular visit to the work fields of them is of utmost importance.
