Agility:Understanding the Concept and Its Importance at the Workplace

Perhaps the reason why people have been overlooked or understudied in the area of organizational agility is because new organizational forms and relationships defy descriptions with traditional words, phrases and concepts. While they are still useful, they may not always fit with contemporary organizational developments. The importance of organizational agility is understood in today's fierce, competitive and fast changing markets and there is no option for the organizations but to adapt to changes and be the best in the market if they aim to be at the top of their game.
