Discrimination at Work Place:Violence of Women's Rights

The present study was carried out with the violence of women's rights at work place. An attempt has been made in the study to understand the socio-economic background of the working women and the violence of women's rights at work place. For this purpose, 100 respondents were randomly technique was applied to collect data from working women in private school from south Delhi. It was found that majority of the respondents were facing some kind of violence such as delay in promotion, denial in leave, sexual harassment, verbal harassment and favouritism to a few women.
