Abstract
Every organization needs to have well trained and experienced people to perform the activities of the organization. So training and development plays a vital role in the effectiveness of organization and personnel development. Training is the key factor of any company. So it needs to know the critical area where they can implement new training methods to bring the effectiveness of training .Every organization is necessary to identify the best training method which can assist the employees to meet the organization goals. Training is useful for productivity, to know health and safety measures at work place and individual growth. The main objective of this paper is to identify various training methods of different organizations, to determine how the training and development practices affect the organization’s productivity and provide some suggestions for selected power projects located in Krishna.
