Usage and Satisfaction with E-Resources in DAV College Libraries in Haryana

The electronic information resources have become the essential component of digital-era Library. These resources are indispensable in the present-day environment of rapid technology change. The present paper focuses on the use of e-resources in DAV College Libraries in Haryana by the students and faculty members for their learning, research, teaching and assignment purposes. This study evaluates the use of e-resources and satisfaction level with the e-resources by the users. The data has been collected using the questionnaire-based survey method. The paper also delineates how Libraries can prop up from these resources to improve the quality of work in rendering qualitative services to their users, consecutively saving time, energy and money as it is now the necessity of the hour.
