Runway accidents are sensitively affected by the amount of precipitation. However, the current Runway Safety Area Risk Assessment algorithm does not take the amount of precipitation. Therefore, this study subdivided level of rainfall and snowfall and derived an advanced algorith which computes more accurate accident probablity data.
