A New Weaker Form of δ-Closed Set in Topological Spaces

In this paper a new class of generalized closed sets called δsg*-closed sets in topological spaces using g-closed sets are introduced and studied. Moreover the relations between δsg*-closed sets and already existing various closed sets are analysed. δsg*-closed set is independent of g-closed set and weaker than δg*-closed set. The class of δsg*-closed sets is properly placed between the classes of δg*-closed sets and #gs-closed sets and a chain of relations is proved as follows.
δ-closed→δg*-closed→δsg*-closed→#gs-closed→gs-closed

Abstract


In this paper a new class of generalized closed sets called δsg*-closed sets in topological spaces using g-closed sets are introduced and studied.
