It is that time of the year when all eyes and ears are turned towards the Finance Ministry and the Parliament House as they unleash a slew of measures that will determine the fate of the nation in the coming 52 weeks. And true to tradition, the budget comes out as the proverbial Curate's egg that is good but only in parts. This year's budget too is no exception.
