Kartagener's Syndrome: A Case Report

Kartagener's Syndrome is a subgroup of primary ciliary dyskinesias (PCD) which is characterised by impairment of mucociliary clearance. It is a rare, autosomal recessive disorder characterised by triad of situs invertus, chronic sinusitis and bronchiectasis. We report a case of this rare entity. Need for early diagnosis, appropriate respiratory management and timely treatment of infertility in these patients constitutes comprehensive management.
