Background: Genital tract Tuberculosis (GTB) is usually detected during sub fertility workup. Here are five cases which presented as Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) in the late reproductive age group. Hysterectomy could be avoided by correct diagnosis and medical management. Setting: Private hospital, data collected over a period of 36 months.
