HOCM with Neurofibromatosis 1: an Uncommon Association

We report a case of 35 year old man with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1), who presented with sudden onset of chest pain, breathlessness and was in shock. Echocardiography revealed hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. There was no family history of cardiomyopathy, sudden death or past history of hypertension.

Abstract
