Laryngeal Tuberculosis Mimicking Carcinoma of Aerodigestive Tract

Tuberculosis of larynx has greatly decreased as a result of improvement in public health care and development of effective antituberculosis chemotherapy. Tuberculosis of larynx has often been diagnosed by clinicians attempting to rule out carcinoma. This report describes a case with a proliferative growth in the epiglottis, clinical mimicking as malignancy of aerodigestive tract.
