Two Young Indian Patients Presenting with Acute Congestive Cardiac Failure

We present two young patients (age 20 and 28 years) who presented with Acute Congestive Cardiac Failure (Left ventricular ejection fraction 15-20%) to us. In both the patients treatable cause peculiar for Indian subcontinent was detected. We present them because Congestive Cardiac Failure as first presentation of these diseases is rare.
