Idiopathic chronic eosinophilic pneumonia is a rare disorder of unknown cause characterized by respiratory symptoms of more than 2 weeks, alveolar or blood eosinophilia, peripheral pulmonary infiltrates on imaging after exclusion of known cause of eosinophilic lung disease. It is a rare disorder and contributes 0-2.5% in different registries of Interstitial Lung disease. Links between asthma and idiopathic chronic eosinophilic pneumonia have also been described. We report a case of this rare entity.
