Use and User's Satisfaction on Library Resources and Services by Students of School of Physical Sciences, Mizoram University, Aizawl:A Study

The ICT has influenced all the segment of library like collections, services and resources management. Today information became basic requirement for every human activity in present digital era. The academic libraries play a crucial role to support teaching, learning, and research process of university systems. With the changing scenario of ICT, they have always tried to show their abiUty to lead their academic roles i.e. satisfy the information needs of users. The users approaches and information seeking behaviors are changing with time dimension and technology revolution therefore analysis of users satisfaction is a very essential to evaluate library collection and services of Library. The present study is an attempt to examine the use of library collection and services by the PG students of school of physical sciences, MZU.
