S.R. Ranganathan and Mahatma Gandhi

In the previous issue¹ of this journal we mentioned about a meeting of Dr. S.R. Ranganathan (SRR) and Mahatma Gandhi that never happened, and SRR on Gandhiana. This installment is an extract from the report of a short lecture by SRR to the staff members and students of the Documentation Research and Training Centre, Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore, on the occasion of Gandhiji's Birth Anniversary in 1969.
