Describes briefly a survey conducted at Anna University Library, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) to find out the use of different types of electronic resources and services and the impact of these resources on the academic development of faculty members. Also described are the problems faced in using the electronic resources and success rate of satisfaction in getting the required information on electronic resource/services.
