Reinforced members (steel) of reinforced concrete structure of a build are subjected to corrosion. All basement (substructure) of the building is subjected to negative pressure and needs to stop ingression of moisture. To mitigate/combat corrosion of the reinforced concrete structure and substructure (basement), a high build protective coating is applied so that life span of the building is enhanced.
