At the outset, I am pleased to inform you that on an invitation a delegation comprising of seven members from IIW-India had attended the 65th Annual Assembly and International Conference of the International Institute of Welding at Denver, USA from 8th-13th July, 2012. The inaugural function was held at Hotel Hyatt, Denver, USA. About 850 delegates from 46 countries participated. Our team attended the various commission meetings including the IAB Group A&B meetings apart from General Assembly. The event was a grand success.
