From the Chairman - G. R Comminee ('97-'98)

On the invitation of the Editor - Indian Welding Journal, it is a privilege for me to share with Members some momentous achievements during our one year's term, as v/e traverse the 33rd year of our Institute. Working "hands-on" but thinking long term, the G. R Committee held I I meetings in a flexible, but firm and decisive approach.
