Let me wish you all on the arrival of New Year 2007 even in late hours. Be happy and make others happy.

The 3-days National Welding Seminar (NWS-2006) was held between 24- 26 November 2006 at Chennai. Along with this Seminar an Exhibition was also held. I thank the Organising Committee for making this event a grand success. Considering the success of National Welding Seminar NWS'06, the Chennai Branch have been given further responsibility for organising the International Welding Congress (IIW-IC-2008) scheduled to be held at Chennai during January 2008, The Organising Committee for this event has already been formed and work is on full swing.
