A Study To Assess The Efficacy Of Video Assisted Teaching Program me On Internet Addiction Among Students In Selected Commerce Colleges At Rajkot. The Objectives of the study were a) To assess the knowledge regarding internet addiction among students in selected commerce colleges b) To assess the efficacy of video assisted teaching program me on internet addiction among students in selected commerce colleges c) To find out the association between post test level of knowledge with their selected demographic variables. A quantitative research approach was used in the study to assess the efficacy of this study. The study was conducted in smt.M.T. Damsania commerce college, Rajkot. The findings of the study revealed that there was a marked increase in knowledge of students after exposing them to video assisted teaching program me on internetaddiction. The mean pre-test knowledge score of subjects was 10.16 with mean percentage of 63.33, where as mean post-test knowledge score of subjects was 20.09 with mean percentage of 83.89. The mean post -test knowledge score was found to be significantly higher than pre-test knowledge score at 0.05 level of significance (t39= 23.816, p<0.01).
