Notice for Annual General Meeting:

As per the provision of the Clause No. 64 of the Memorandum and Article
of The Association, the 84th Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2003-
2004 will be held on June 25, 2004 at 6-30 p.m.

Notice for Special General meeting:

As per provisions contained in Article No. 66 of the Memorandum & Articles of the Association of Engineers, India, a Special General Meeting will be held at 6.00 P.M. on 25th June, 2004 at the Association office at 24, N. S. Road, Kolkata-1 to discuss additions/alterations in the Articles of the Association of Engineers, India as recommended by the Executive Council given separately appended.
