A Study of Cumulative Fatigue Damage in Reversed Bending:An Energy Method

Estimation of fatigue life of a working component has become necessary with the advent of modern high speed machines. Based on energy method a simple mathematical model useful for the prediction of fatigue life has been developed. Limited experimental results also provide interesting information in this direction.
