It is a very pleasant task to write an editorial on a pleasant occasion and for that matter, the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of the Association of Engineers is the most pleasant in the span of fifty years. Art is long but life is short. Fifty years is not a long period but the history of these fifty years is piquant. The Association has grown to adolescence in these years.
