We record with grief and a sense of deep loss the death at about 90 years of age of a great supporter of our Association Nanda Lal Guin. Without the advantage of a higher academical education, but with sound basic technical grounding in Draftmanship, he built up a large practice in engineering and building construction which earned him great repute. Many beautiful houses on Chittaranjan Avenue are standing monuments to his name. We offer our condolence to his bereaved relatives and pray that his soul may rest in peace.
