It is gratifying to note that the Publication in our last issue of the paper by our secretary, Shri A. Deb on "Standardisation of Engineering Education in India," read before the 48th Session of the Indian Science Congress at Roorkee has been found so helpful and met with such appreciation of the Planning Commission that he has been furnished with a copy of the "Report of the Working Group on Technical Education and Vocational Training-Government of India, Planning Commission, April, 1960" for comment and further suggestions.
