The Problem before the Engineering Institutions

At the convocation of the Jadavpur University, the honourable Shri Deshmukh observed that the present strength of Engineers with diploma and degrees is far short of requirements. This observation of the learned speaker leads us to conclude that it has now become necessary to give our attention to the best use of the aptitude of the engineers who are employed in responsible position and to the acquisition of varied experience of those new young recruits in the line.
