In this issue we follow up our effort commenced in the last issue to spread the interest in the business and financial side of Engineering: by publishing a specimen of a form of Contract for Construction of a vessel that may be useful to consulting engineers in safeguarding the interests of their clients. A specimen of a "Specification of Materials" permissible for use in the construction of vessels is also included.
