An Ordinary Meeting of the Council of the Association held on the 25th November, 1952 at P-11, Mission Row Extension, 1st floor, Calcutta, Sri K. B. Ray, I.R.S.E. (Retd.), B.E., C.E., M.I.E., M.A.E. read a paper on "The Hooghly and the Port of Calcutta" which was much appreciated by the members present.
