Thermally Insulated Buildings

The subject matter of our discussion to-day is " Thermally- Insulated Buildings." As it indicates the topic aims at physical comfort of the occupants of the buildings. Improved buildings with greater comfort presuppose greater cost. But the object of this paper is presentation of a scheme of construction, which eases out the question of the Housing Problem of the present day with the additional advantage of thermally insulating the buildings meant for all classes of people from the richest to the poorest.
