The December Issue:

There was no issue of the Journal in December 1937 for the following reasons:-

(1) No papers had been read between September and December 1937.
(2) No article had been contributed by any corporate member during that period.
(3) One "December issue"-that of 1936-had already been published during the year 1937, i.e. in February.
(4) The total number of issues during the year was actually though not technically, the required number, four.
