In Memoriam:-

The year 1936 started in gloom and sadness. A terrible calamity fell on us at the beginning of the year. His Gracious Majesty the King Emperor George V passed away on the 20th January, 1936. The Association sent its messages of condolence and loyal tribute to their Excellencies the Viceroy & The Governor of Bengal and gracious acknowledgements were received from both.
