The Journal of the Association is fifty years old—a reasonably long span of time. It has been catering the needs of the engineering profession since the pre-independence days. This Association was never patronized by the then Government as she was having a "National Character"; she fought for the rights and previleges of Indian Engineers, to what success of course, to be judged by the future generation.
