Problems of Refractory Lining in Heat-Zone of Cement Rotary Kiln

In Rotary Kilns for the manufacture of cement, the heat zone is exposed to most severe service conditions. It is here, that the clinkering of the burnt materials, as a result of the highest temperature takes place. A good refractory lining for this high temperature zone is a major problem.
