Serum Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) Isoenzymes as a Tool to Identify Uterus Cancer

About 43 women patients affected by carcinoma of cervix were categorized into three groups namely Grade I (well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma). Grade II (Moderately differentiated). Serum lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes of these groups of women affected by carcinoma of cervix were analyzed by PAGE and were compared with those of normal individual.
