Histological and Histochemical Changes Induced in the Testis of Laboratory Mouse Following Treatment with 1, 2, 3, Trihydroxypropane

A signal intratesticular injection of 1,2,3 trihydroxypropane (50 μl/testis) induced duration-dependent degenerative changes in the testis of laboratory mouse belonging to Parkes(P) strain. One week after the treatment, the seminiferous tubules around the injection site were more regressed in comparison to those of peripheral region.

Abstract
